I am account holder of your bank & my account number is 31240110021125.I have transferred Rs 6000 by online to Debit Card 6070-6615-7701-9517 in to my Paytm account. Which is Paytm wallet Transaction no is 41146290 on dated 17-10-2017 but till date amount is not added into my Paytm Account.my money is deducted from bank/card account but not added in my Paytm Wallet.I have also contact on your khanna branch but no responce recd till date.
Also I had checked my account not refund amount is recd.
Once again I request to you ,kindly look into the case and do the needful asap.
